Welcome to the first edition of Advitech’s quarterly newsletter.

Many of you will have previously received updates as part of The Emergent Group communications. As Advitech continues to grow and evolve, we felt it was time to create a dedicated update focused solely on our people, our projects, and the work we are delivering for you.

This newsletter is about connection. It’s a way for us to share what we’ve been working on, highlight insights from across our engineering and environmental teams, and give you a glimpse into the capability and thinking that sits behind our projects.

Each quarter you can expect a mix of project highlights, technical insights, team updates, and a look at where we see opportunity and innovation emerging across the sectors we support. In this first edition, we’re introducing Advitech Digital, a new software platform giving users direct access to our engineering and environmental expertise through a browser-based analysis tool.

Noise Assessments for Tyre Deflation in Mining Operations

An open-cut mining operation engaged Advitech to carry out a workplace noise assessment focused on the risks associated with tyre deflation systems. These systems release air at pressures of up to 135 PSI. In some cases, this pressure release can persist for more than 30 minutes, creating a significant hazard for workers in nearby workshops and tyre bays.
